Planning an event can feel overwhelming. We keep the bar simple. From your first inquiry to last call, we guide you through the details, help you build your menu, and make sure everything runs smoothly so you can actually enjoy your event.
As a dry hire mobile bar, you provide the alcohol and we take care of the rest, including bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, and all the bar essentials. You’ll also receive a custom alcohol shopping list so you know exactly how much to purchase.
We have a few different bar options to fit your setup, whether you’re looking for our converted horse trailer or one of our wooden satellite bars.

Meet the Faces Behind The Bevy!
We’re Kimmy and Nicole. We met working at a local bar in Virginia Beach and have been working side by side ever since.
Over the years, we’ve lived together, gone from working at a bar to corporate America together, and now co-own The Bevy.
We’re the ones answering your emails, building your menus, creating your shopping guides, showing up early, and cleaning up at the end of the night. We work well together because we’ve actually done life together.
The Bevy didn’t create our friendship. It just gave us something to build together.
